These are the 3 most common requests that I have.  Of course custom boxes are always something we can create.  The box normally takes 1 week to build.  The long process is the flag, it takes about 1 month to get back from the Capitol of the United States.  Now the web site calculates the UPS shipping and handling charges when you enter your ZIP code.  To make a custom order, contact me at Wood_Orders@Webandwood.com
